Just like in previous years, fans of the festival will have an opportunity to reflect while walking. However, 2026 treats festival goers to something new – we asked some authors who are natives of Tallinn to invite people to wander around locations that are important to them, share meaningful stories that are related to the life or works of some writers. This is why the festival’s reach goes much further than the centre of the city this year. Coach, (performance) poet and prose writer Tiina Saar-Veelmaa will take you around her routes of significance in the familiar streets and corners of the Uus Maailm district on Saturday 30 May.
The walks are subject to registration.
