poet, journalist and translator. Kotjuh is an active translator of Estonian poetry into Russian and also a promoter and presenter of Estonian Russian language poetry. He is the editor in chief of the almanac Tuulelohe (Kite) publishing the Russian translations of Estonian poetry and contemporary Estonian Russian literature. Kotjuh has published in Estonian his collection of poetry Teises keeles (In Another Language, 2007), translated by him and Aare Pilv. His poetry is characterized by pensive intellectuality and openness to contemporary social problems. His best translation up to now is that of fs’s collection of poetry 2004 (2005).
